Customers may upgrade to USPS Priority Mail (2-4 Business Day Delivery) starting at $6.00, for the first item, plus a $2.00 handling fee per additional item. Customers may also choose to upgrade further to USPS Express Mail (1-2 Business Day Delivery) which will be charged starting at $20.99 for the first item, plus a $2.00 handling fee per additional item. All orders shipped via USPS Express Mail will require signature upon delivery. Additional charges may apply for large-quantity distribution orders and orders that require special delivery instructions. In the event such orders are placed, a representative from Massacre101.com shall immediately contact the customer to notify customer of such charges prior to fulfillment. This policy is valid for all orders placed through Massacre101.com within the continental United States of America.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: What if I need to exchange a item that I ordered? **We will gladly exchange any order for another size provided the following:

1. The exchange is received by Massacre101.com within 30 days from the ship date on the invoice. 2. The product(s) are in good condition and have not been washed or worn to train in. 3. Reasonable care has been taken when sending the items back.
