Customers may upgrade to USPS Priority Mail (2-4 Business Day Delivery) starting at $4.95, for the first item, plus a $1.99 handling fee per additional item. Customers may also choose to upgrade further to USPS Express Mail (1-2 Business Day Delivery) which will be charged starting at $21.95 for the first item, plus a $1.99 handling fee per additional item. All orders shipped via USPS Express Mail will require signature upon delivery. At this time, Massacre101.com ONLY ships to the United States, US Protectorates and Canada. Additional charges may apply for large-quantity distribution orders and orders that require special delivery instructions. Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: What if I need to exchange a item that I ordered? **We will gladly exchange any order for another size provided the following:

1. The exchange is received by Massacre101.com within 30 days from the ship date on the invoice. 2. The product(s) are in good condition and have not been washed or worn to train in. 3. Reasonable care has been taken when sending the items back.
